Help, advice and support

Help choosing your scooter, clear order information and direct support from Voltis.

Choosing your scooter

Can Voltis help me choose a model?

Yes. Tell us your budget, riding distance, road surfaces and whether you need to carry your scooter. Our finder shows all matching models, and you can contact Voltis directly for help comparing your options.

Find my scooter
How should I read the advertised range?

The range on a product page is a manufacturer or supplier claim unless it is explicitly labelled independently tested. Speed, rider weight, hills, temperature and tyre pressure change real-world range. Allow a margin for your journey and ask us if the route is demanding.

Discuss your route
What does the finder use to recommend models?

Your budget, minimum advertised range and carrying limit decide which scooters qualify. Your riding priority changes their order using documented battery energy, weight, motor configuration, suspension and brakes. All qualifying models remain visible. Missing specifications are not treated as confirmed values.

Can I compare different brands?

Yes. Select Compare beside up to three scooters to see their specifications side by side. Check the exact battery and colour configuration on the product page before ordering.

Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?

When a model is already at our European warehouse, delivery usually takes about 3–4 weeks. A unit still at sea from China to our warehouse in Poland takes longer because it must arrive, be processed and then be sent onward. If a new production batch is needed, delivery can take 3–4 months; this is less common. Ask us for the current stock stage and estimate for your exact model before ordering.

Shipping and delivery
Are delivery and import charges included?

Voltis offers free worldwide shipping with import duties and taxes included, as set out in our delivery information. Review the destination, total and available delivery option at checkout before paying.

What is the difference between Add to cart and Buy now?

Add to cart keeps your selected configuration in the cart so you can continue shopping. Buy now takes you directly to the secure payment page for that configuration. Available payment methods depend on your device, location and the options shown at checkout.

Support, repairs and returns

Who handles after-sales support?

Voltis handles after-sales enquiries directly. Contact support@voltis.shop with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help us identify the configuration and the next step.

What happens if my scooter develops a fault?

Contact us before arranging a repair or sending the scooter back. Voltis covers battery defects for 18 months and defects in other electrical components for 36 months from delivery. Ordinary wear is not covered by this commercial warranty; your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Warranty and repairs
How do I request a return?

Email support@voltis.shop to request return instructions. We will explain the applicable process and provide the return address. Please do not send a scooter or battery without written instructions: lithium batteries need an appropriate carrier.

Returns and refunds
How are refunds handled?

If an order has not shipped four months after purchase, you can request a full refund. If it has just shipped and more than a month of delivery remains, you can also request one. If delivery is expected within 2–3 weeks, we may offer to help you receive it and arrange a return. Your statutory cancellation and late-delivery rights remain unaffected.

Can every scooter be used on public roads?

Rules depend on your country and the exact version. A speed limit, product label or manufacturer claim alone is not proof that a scooter can be used on public roads. Check the local requirements, insurance and any registration obligations before purchase.

Ask about a configuration
What should I check when my scooter arrives?

Read the manufacturer manual, check the assembly and fasteners, inspect brakes and tyres, and use the specified charger. Wear appropriate protective equipment and get used to the controls in a suitable area before riding. Contact Voltis if something appears damaged or unclear.
