Terms governing purchases from Voltis.
Seller and contract
The seller is Voltis LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. Company information is provided on the Company information page. An order is placed when the customer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation. Voltis may contact the customer if an exact configuration or delivery detail must be confirmed before fulfilment.
Products and prices
The selected model, battery, colour and equipment must be specified in the final order. Reference images and unverified specifications do not establish the equipment of a delivered unit. The displayed price is the selling price approved by Voltis. No price or product substitution will be charged without your agreement.
EUR is the saved catalogue price currency. Other displayed currencies are estimates; the supported payment currency and total must be confirmed before payment. Import duties and taxes are included in the price; no additional import charges are payable on delivery.
Delivery
When a model is already available at our European warehouse, delivery usually takes about 3–4 weeks. Stock still at sea from China to Poland takes longer to arrive and be processed before final delivery. If production is needed, the total lead time can reach 3–4 months. Ask Voltis for the estimate applicable to your exact model before ordering. Shipping is free worldwide. Import duties and taxes are included in the price, with no additional import charges payable on delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched, the shipment normally cannot be recalled, rerouted or stopped in transit. Any cancellation or withdrawal request is handled under the Returns & refunds policy. If a promised delivery or shipment time cannot be met, we will inform the customer and provide the cancellation, refund or revised-time choice required by applicable law. A lead-time estimate does not waive mandatory rights.
Returns and product problems
See Returns & refunds and Warranty & repairs. We may verify the identity and condition of returned goods to investigate fraud, while preserving genuine consumer claims.
Safe and lawful use
Road eligibility depends on the exact version and destination. An off-road model must not be presented as road-approved. Product documentation and destination requirements must be checked before purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact support@voltis.shop so we can investigate a complaint. These terms do not require a consumer to waive mandatory local protections or pursue every dispute exclusively in the United States.
