Voltis manages all support requests and assesses warranty and return claims directly. We accept returns through our designated return location. Its address and shipping instructions are provided by support when arranging your return; please do not send goods to the business mailing address.
Your statutory rights
Voltis remains responsible for the consumer remedies required by applicable law. For new goods sold to EU consumers, this includes a minimum two-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity from delivery. Any longer or additional mandatory local protection remains unaffected.
How to request help
Contact support@voltis.shop with your order number, model, serial number and a description of the issue. Photos, videos and diagnostic details can help us assess a fault safely, but we will not automatically reject a legitimate claim solely because a particular recording is missing.
We will assess whether repair, replacement, price reduction or refund is the appropriate remedy under applicable law. A remedy that must legally be free will not be subject to a mandatory diagnostic, labour or transport charge.
Use, maintenance and damage
Ordinary wear, accidental damage, neglect, unsuitable charging, modifications and use outside the product instructions may fall outside defect coverage when they caused the claimed problem. They do not automatically invalidate unrelated statutory claims. Battery ageing alone differs from a battery that was defective or failed to meet the contract.
Follow the manufacturer's safety and maintenance instructions. Do not attempt unsafe electrical repairs or keep charging a damaged battery. Contact us before arranging a paid repair you expect Voltis to reimburse, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Voltis commercial electrical warranty
From delivery, Voltis covers defects in the battery for 18 months and defects in other electrical components for 36 months. This covers faults that arise without normal wear, accidental damage, misuse or an unsuitable modification causing the problem. Ordinary battery ageing and other wear are not covered by this commercial warranty. Contact us with your order reference and details of the fault; we will assess the cause and arrange the appropriate remedy. This additional warranty does not reduce the legal guarantee or any other mandatory consumer right.
Manufacturer warranties
Any manufacturer warranty supplied for the exact product is additional to Voltis's responsibilities as seller and to your statutory rights.
