Shopping and support
Our commerce platform processes the information needed to operate this storefront and checkout. When you place an order or contact us, the information you provide is used to handle that request. Payment details are entered through the checkout provider.
Your Voltis guide
When AI advice is enabled, your question and up to six recent messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI together with public product and help information. The guide has no access to your account, orders or payment information. Do not include personal or payment details in the chat.
The conversation stays in this page’s memory and is cleared when you choose “Start again” or reload. Voltis does not create a saved conversation record. Cloudflare processes requests to provide the service; its own privacy terms also apply. AI answers can be mistaken, so confirm important product or order details with our team.
Optional guide improvement
If you select “Help improve this guide”, we keep only a question category, relevant public product IDs, missing-information categories, the answer type and any Yes/No feedback you choose to send. These records are stored privately with Cloudflare for up to 30 days and then removed automatically. We do not save your question, the answer text, conversation history, IP address or a visitor identifier in this improvement database. An unlinked random receipt lets you rate an answer once within 24 hours.
This choice is off by default and lasts only for the current page. Uncheck it to stop sharing future records. Existing records cannot be linked back to you. Our maintenance process reviews these patterns, verifies sources and tests changes before updating the guide. Visitor claims are not accepted as product facts; commercial terms are not changed by this process.
Browser preferences
The storefront uses browser storage for features such as your comparison selection and display preferences. Our commerce platform and enabled checkout services may use cookies needed to keep shopping features working.
