Shipping policy

Voltis offers free worldwide delivery wherever checkout is available. The delivery option is shown as “Free delivery”. Import duties and taxes are included in the displayed price.

Delivery times

When your exact model is already at our European warehouse, delivery usually takes about 3–4 weeks. A unit still travelling by sea from China to our warehouse in Poland needs extra time for arrival, warehouse handling and onward delivery. If a new production batch is required, the total lead time can reach 3–4 months; this is less common.

We send from the European warehouse to the destination, using air transport where the destination and carrier allow it. The timing depends on the stock stage of the exact model, production and transport schedules. Ask us for the current stock stage and estimated date before ordering, especially if you have a fixed deadline.

Late delivery

If an agreed delivery time cannot be met, Voltis will explain the revised estimate and the cancellation or refund rights that apply. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

International destinations

Shipping is free for every destination available at checkout. Customers will not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery. Review the delivery country and available option at checkout before paying. Contact support@voltis.shop if you need an estimate for your exact model.
