Phobos.
The development journal.
One own-brand scooter project, shaped around rider priorities. Follow the decisions, the work ahead and the path towards the first production series.
Subject to successful development, testing and production readiness. Delivery timing will be announced separately.

ANT beside the battery
The BMS sits against the side of the battery module in this preview. Its shape and size are illustrative. The final mounting must provide insulation, protection and access.
Controllers at the rear
Two controllers share the rear area. Cooling, cable routing and service access remain part of the design work, rather than proven by this illustration.
Battery quality comes first
93.6 V nominal. Eight cells in parallel.
The working 26s8p direction uses 208 cells. With 6 Ah cells, this would provide 48 Ah and approximately 4.49 kWh of nominal energy. Full charge would be 109.2 V.
These are calculations for the candidate architecture, not a released pack specification or a range claim. Cell selection remains open.
Performance that can be repeated
We will assess cells and the complete pack for traceable quality, voltage sag, heat, aging and protection. Capacity alone will not decide the choice.
ANT is the BMS direction. Its exact reference and validated operating limits will be selected during development; no discharge-current rating is announced here.
The work ahead
20 proposed work packages. Open a group and a task to see its intended output and estimated deadline.
Dates are planning estimates, not confirmed supplier commitments or lab bookings. Each stage depends on the previous acceptance checks. Failed tests, component availability or production issues may move the April objective.
Your rides help shape the brief.
Tell us what works, what wears out and what you would change. We are collecting ideas to guide Phobos before its specification is fixed.
Contributions will be grouped by need and weighed alongside testing, cost and feasibility. Sharing an idea does not mean every suggestion can be included.
